Zinc Oxide Varistors

After shaping, the varistors are sintered at high temperatures in specific ambient conditions. The HVR ZnO varistors have high voltage dependences and high current absorption. They are manufactured mainly as discs with varying sizes, as the required electric values are most easily obtained with these geometric dimensions.

  • ZnO big discs with soldered cooling plates
  • Customer adjusted voltage levels
  • Applications under oil and SF6 possible
• Over 40 years of ZnO ceramic development in our company. Our ZnO ceramic can bear the following temperatures:
  • Continuous 85°C
  • Short time 125°C
  • In case of failure up to 125°C
