NAAE28 is getting close!27 Sep 2019
Next week the annual conference of the Northern European Association for Accelerator Engineers will be held. On the 3rd and 4th of October 2019 it will take place at the Edgbaston Conference Centre in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
The two day programme will be packed with interesting presentations from both hospital engineers & in depth technical presentations from product manufacturers. To learn more about the conference and the content of the programme; please have a look at their website naae.se.
Teledyne e2v Factory Tour
Always wanted to know how Teledyne e2v magnetrons & thyratrons are being made? Here is your change to find out during the conference pre-meeting on the 2nd of November 2019. During this study trip you will get to see with you own eyes that many of these, already used products, are still (partially) being made by hand.
As always the NAAE conference is also a big opportunities for linac service engineers to speak to like-minded colleagues in a more informal way than usual. We are looking forward to meeting all of you again in Birmingham next week!
