Rechargeable Battery
The Argus F Type Rechargeable Battery is to be used with the Argus F Type Charging Shoe (P7030CS) and is mains powered. Once charged, the rechargeable battery gives up to 4 hours of camera use. The charger is a fully automatic “smart charger”, monitoring voltage, time and temperature and ensures optimum charge for the battery.

The Argus F Type Rechargeable Battery (P7030R ) gives up to 4 hours of camera use and is made of Nickel-Metal Hydride (Ni-MH).
The rechargeable battery system has been specifically designed to fast-charge the Argus F Type Ni-MH rechargeable batteries (P7030R)
Additionally:
• The charger has a built-in start timer that eliminates early termination of charging when a battery is first connected to it. This prevents batteries that have not been used for some time, or are completely discharged from showing a fully charged status incorrectly.
• If the battery temperature is too low, the charger will start with a trickle charge until the correct operating temperature has been reached.
• If the battery temperature is too high, the charger will reduce the charge rate until the normal operating temperature has been reached.
